My professional background mainly lies in large multinational such as BT,
AT&T and Volvo, but also the Belgian Mutualités Libres. After a career in Account and Project Management, I later worked as a Consultant in Change and Diversity. Here I truly experienced the importance of the 'human element' in change and its success . Commitment and involvement are essential for the growth of any company but also for the happiness its employee. Since I've discovered this, I am passionate about facilitating companies and employees in reinventing their organisation, their way of working. I strive for them to so become 'whole' and in connection with their essence.
As a trainer, coach, I have worked for ING, Argenta, Pepsi Cola, Action, Connections, Mininstry of Finance, BNP Paribas, CAPAC, Toyota and many more.
